Dax Cross serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Analytics. In this role, Dax leads the firm in creating and fulfilling its long-term strategic objectives and annual business plans.

Over the past ten years, Dax Cross has partnered with clients to create dynamic Pricing and Revenue Management capabilities that have delivered over $1 billion in organic revenue growth. His expertise cross-industry client base includes, retail, travel and hospitality, communications, consumer goods, manufacturing, and entertainment.

Dax Cross has lectured on topics such as Revenue Management, forecasting, Price Optimization and performance measurement at Revenue Management conferences, industry conferences, Cornell University and Emory University, Goizueta Business School. Prior to co-founding Revenue Analytics, he was an attorney at the law firm of King & Spalding LLP.

Michael Bentley


As a Partner at Revenue Analytics, Michael Bentley manages client relationships and leads engagements with Fortune 500 clients on pricing and Revenue Management strategy, analytics and business process issues. During his tenure, he has managed strategic and tactical engagements for clients developing new capabilities to improve pricing and Revenue Management and to measure forecast accuracy and pricing performance. Michael has experience across multiple industries including hospitality, airlines, retail, gaming, food service and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Michael Bentley was Director of Analytics in InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Global Revenue Management organization. In this role, he led a variety of initiatives to enhance the forecasting and optimization capabilities of IHG’s pricing and Revenue Management systems. Prior to IHG, Michael spent eight years with Delta Air Lines providing business analysis and strategy in a variety of areas including International Pricing, e-Commerce Revenue Management and Network Development.

SME Partner, Data Engineering

As SME Partner of Data Engineering at Revenue Analytics, Steven Moy leads a team to design and build Pricing and Revenue Management solutions. Steven Moy works with clients to define requirements, gather and analyze data, and implement large-scale Revenue Management systems that integrate with and leverage existing infrastructure.

Steven Moy brings over 16 years of software consulting experience in Pricing and Revenue Management. Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Steven Moy served as Architect for JDA Software, Manugistics and Talus Solutions. In these roles, he has led development for companies such as Royal Caribbean International, Marriott Hotels, Delta Airlines, United Cargo and American Airlines Cargo.

Paul MurrayVice President, Strategy

Vice President, Strategy

Paul Murray is the Vice President of the Hospitality Practice for Revenue Analytics. In this role, Paul is responsible for driving hospitality client engagements for the firm. Most recently, Paul served as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management at MGM Resorts International. In this position, Paul oversaw Revenue Management, Distribution, Group Optimization, and Event Pricing functions to develop departmental structures, strategies, tactics, and technologies necessary to maximize resort revenues.

Previously, Paul was Vice President of Revenue Management at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he dedicated efforts to delivering organizational strategic vision, global alignment, and revenue optimization through the development of industry-leading Revenue Management technologies, world-class pricing capabilities, progressive customer segmentation, advanced forecasting systems, and innovative business intelligence solutions.

Prior to working with Hyatt, Paul held the position of Senior Director of Revenue Analysis at Hilton Worldwide. At Hilton, Paul led four teams across the globe to deliver Revenue Management, sales, online travel agent data analysis, systems development, group & catering forecast technologies, innovative volume account pricing methods, and two full-time business process support desks.

Senior Director, Operations Research

Dan Iliescu serves a Senior Director of Operations Research at Revenue Analytics. His work with the firm covers the development and testing of large-scale customer-centric pricing, yield management, and forecasting solutions. His particular expertise includes statistical modeling (such as regression, time series forecasting and time-to-event models), applied mathematical programming (including inventory and pricing optimization problems), and market response models.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Dan’s research focused on exploring determinants of airline passenger cancellation behavior using time-to-event models and quantifying the impact of survival forecasts on airline revenue streams.

Dan is a regular presenter at INFORMS and Revenue Management and Price Optimization Conferences on topics related to the implementation of optimization and forecasting algorithms.

Tess McGoldrickDirector, Strategy

Director, Strategy

Tess McGoldrick is a Director at Revenue Analytics. In this role, she leads cross-functional project teams to develop high-impact solutions, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), to drive organic revenue growth for her clients. Having started her career at Revenue Analytics, Tess developed an expertise in Revenue Management from the best in the business. Tess’ experience includes ensuring client satisfaction is achieved with all project deliverables, from business process improvements to forecast predictions to actionable pricing recommendations. In addition, she works closely with Revenue Analytics’ Platform Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to leverage the firm’s latest AI components and technology to deliver scalable solutions for her clients.

In 2012, Tess joined Revenue Analytics as a Strategy Analyst, where she performed extensive data analysis to uncover actionable pricing recommendations for a variety of industries, ranging from cruise to consumer goods. Two years later, she was promoted to Strategy Consultant, where she led key workstreams for a hospitality project that developed a state-of-the-art Revenue Management system and drove client ownership of the solution during global rollout. Two years later, she was promoted to Senior Strategy Consultant, where she served as a Strategy lead on projects, accountable for identifying, assessing, and driving solution design for Revenue Management opportunities.

Given her proven track record, Tess was then promoted to Strategy Director where she became a project lead for teams of software engineers, PhD mathematicians, and business strategists to solve complex business problems for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Tess graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a BBA concentrating in Strategy & Management Consulting and Accounting.
