As the Director of Customer Strategy & Success, Sarah works enthusiastically to understand her clients' businesses so she can drive results in the most critical areas. Since 2014, she's collaborated with software engineers, strategy analysts, and operations research consultants across Revenue Analytics, gaining the hands-on experience she needed to help launch the Managed Services team.
Today, the team supports a multitude of high-impact solutions for varying clients across RA's industry verticals, including Consumer & Industrial Products, Hospitality, Media, and Service Retail.
She's passionate about providing tools, support, and insights that drive organic revenue growth. But she's even more passionate about the people she works with, and her responsibility to deliver a top-notch client experience day in and day out.
