Jared WieselPartner

Jared Wiesel

Partner

Jared Wiesel is a Partner at Revenue Analytics. In this role, he serves as the practice area lead for consumer goods and retail. Jared has led and executed project work across four continents with experience in multiple industries including retail, consumer goods, automotive, manufacturing, amusement and entertainment, freight, and specialty services. Jared also designs practical and actionable client solutions that drive organic revenue growth. In addition, Jared is responsible for driving revenue targets for the retail and consumer goods practice areas by implementing business development strategies and delivering engagements that are efficient, profitable and sustainable for project team members. Mr. Wiesel has a decade of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies to help solve their most complex Pricing and Revenue Management challenges. His primary areas of focus include pricing strategy, price optimization, rules-based pricing, process design, and change management.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Jared was a leader in Deloitte Consulting, Pricing and Profitability Management practice where he designed and managed complex Pricing and Revenue Management engagements.

Jim Armstrong is a Vice President in the Strategy Group at Revenue Analytics. In this role, he serves as the leader on client engagements. Jim brings over 25 years of professional experience in developing growth strategies, pricing, and customer insights & plans. He has led efforts in a number of industries, including consumer products, retail, technology, manufacturing, amusement & entertainment and other industries. Jim delivers strategic insights and practical, actionable client solutions that drive organic revenue growth.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Jim held leadership positions at North Highland Consulting, Zep Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led and executed strategy, pricing, and growth/profit initiatives.

Matt JacobyDirector, Strategy

Matt Jacoby

Director, Strategy

Matt Jacoby is a Director at Revenue Analytics. He manages engagements that span Revenue Analytics’ expertise in strategy, operational research, and data engineering while working collaboratively with a wide array of clients to ensure success. With a background in strategy, operations, and technology, Matt is able to leverage his past experience to deliver world-class solutions that have been tailored to his clients' specific revenue growth needs.

Since joining Revenue Analytics in early 2017, Matt has focused on superior client service within the Auto & OEM and Media industries.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Matt worked as an Expert at McKinsey & Company, where he led a Salesforce Effectiveness benchmark. In this role, Matt identified and quantified revenue uplift opportunities for his Commercial Banking clients.

Michael Seelhorst, PhDDirector, Operations Research

Michael Seelhorst, PhD

Director, Operations Research

Michael Seelhorst serves as a Director of Operations Research at Revenue Analytics. He is responsible for designing solutions that combine statistical and mathematical methods coupled with operational needs, as well as business constraints. His areas of expertise include market response models, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.

Michael has developed Pricing and Revenue Management solutions in industries such as transportation & logistics, retail, and automotive.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Michael conducted research with a focus on airport and airline operations, such as quantifying the behavior of airlines with respect to fuel loading and flight cancellations and evaluating the trade-offs passengers make when choosing flight itineraries.

Shawn SousaArchitect, Data Engineering

Shawn Sousa

Architect, Data Engineering

Shawn Sousa is a Data Engineering Architect at Revenue Analytics. In this role, Shawn works with clients and project teams to design and implement organic revenue growth solutions. He has a passion for working with data, enjoys designing innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges, and is an expert in the media industry.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Shawn worked at RouteMatch Software, where he served as a software development director and product owner for over nine years. In this role, he Shawn managed both software architecture and product vision. In addition, Shawn also served three years as a software architect at a company focused in control automation technology.
