Zach Cross

President

Zach Cross is the President of Revenue Analytics. In this role, Zach is accountable for setting the direction to achieve the company's revenue growth vision. Additionally, Zach is accountable for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies, delivering profitable, sustainable and efficient engagements for all of Revenue Analytics clients and achieving the company's annual revenue goals.

Zach has held many positions within Revenue Analytics over the years and his leadership has helped to grow Revenue Analytics into the world's leading consulting firm in the area of organic revenue growth for Fortune 500 companies. Zach has a breadth and depth of experience across a multitude of industries including automotive, cruise lines, distribution, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, media and retail.

Prior to co-founding Revenue Analytics, Zach was employed at Revenue Technologies, a leading provider of pricing and Revenue Management software solutions. At Revenue Technologies, he provided high tech manufacturers with business process re-engineering consulting services as well as software implementation and configuration best practices.

Dan Reaume, PhDVice President, Operations Research

Dan Reaume, PhD

Vice President, Operations Research

Dan Reaume is the Vice President of Operations Research at Revenue Analytics. In this role, Dan leads a world-class team of operations researchers and data scientists designing and developing advanced predictive analytics and optimization algorithms tailored to the business needs of Revenue Analytics’ clients. With a background in operations research, technology management, and law, Dan provides guidance and direction for improving modeling practices, setting technology direction, and deepening expertise in key practice areas. Dan also supports Revenue Analytics’ automotive practice group driving innovation to the forefront with advanced technological solutions. 

Bringing 22 years of industrial experience developing and implementing operations research solutions, Dan’s executive and technical leadership expertise spans product development, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and finance. Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Dan led pricing and customer experience analytics efforts for Dow Chemical; was the founding director of Advanced Analytics for Dow Corning; and served as technical fellow and leader of the Senior Leadership Technical Council for General Motors. In this latter role, Dan led teams credited with improving GM’s profitability by several billion dollars via advanced pricing analytics.

Dan also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering and as a technical advisory board member for Michigan State University’s Axia Institute for Value Chain Research and for the Wayne State University Business Analytics program.

Keagan RussoVice President, Strategy

Keagan Russo

Vice President, Strategy

Keagan Russo is a Vice President, in the Strategy Group at Revenue Analytics. In this role, he leads cross-functional project teams to develop high-impact solutions that drives organic revenue growth for his clients. With a background in technology, consulting, and financial services, Keagan ensures that bespoke solutions are tailored to meet client needs, and that client satisfaction is achieved with all project deliverables. In addition, he works closely with the Revenue Analytics’ Platform Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to leverage the firm’s latest predictive components and AWS technology to deliver scalable solutions for his clients. 

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Keagan led strategy and marketing at multiple FinTech growth companies, where he built a track record of eliminating unknowns, identifying growth opportunities, and successfully executing solutions. In addition, he spent three years with McKinsey & Co.

Deepak PadubidriArchitect, Data Engineering

Deepak Padubidri

Architect, Data Engineering

Deepak Padubidri has an extensive background of developing enterprise solutions that drive profitability and productivity in retail, healthcare, finance and transportation industries. He is highly analytical and a strategic problem solver with an aptitude for designing solutions that fulfill current and future business needs. In addition, he is a skilled team leader; and marshals his team and client’s IT counterparts to deliver high quality solutions on time and on budget. With an aptitude process standardization, Deepak has not only delivered highly scalable, design pattern driven solutions but has also been instrumental in setting up robust support process infrastructures like data governance, ETL standardization through dependency driven workflows and automated data validations.

In addition, Deepak proficient is the following specialty languages: .Net Technologies: MVC pattern, Visual Studio C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, Imagistics, and Dev Express.

Additionally, Deepak has experience with the following Java technologies: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, ExtJS, JSON, XML, CSS, Eclipse, Maven. Finally, he is an expert in database technologies such as: Oracle, SQL Server, T-SQL, PL-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Talend and tools: Visual SourceSafe, Jira, Rally, Windows Terminal Services, Mercury Test Director.

Prior to Revenue Analytics, Deepak was a Senior Software Engineer at McKesson Health IT company building the next generation Hospital Management Systems and PRGX working on retail and healthcare post audit recovery solutions.
