Robert G. Cross is the Chairman, Emeritus of Revenue Analytics. He is widely recognized as the foremost expert in the field of Revenue Management.

Labeled the "Guru of Revenue Management" by The Wall Street Journal, Robert G. Cross, prior to Revenue Analytics, founded Talus Solutions, Inc., a company credited with creating billions of dollars in value for clients such as Delta Air Lines, Ford Motor Company and UPS. Talus was acquired by Manugistics Group, Inc. in December of 2000 for $366 million.

Robert G. Cross authored The New York Times Business Best Seller Revenue Management: Hard-Core Tactics for Market Domination (Broadway Books, 1997), which has subsequently been published in French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Portuguese editions. He is in demand as a global lecturer on Revenue Management and is frequently quoted in international business publications. His writings have been included in the Book of Management Wisdom (John Wiley & Sons, 2000) along with such business luminaries as Bill Marriott, Jack Welch and Lee Iacocca.

Steph Garfrerick is SVP, Media Vertical at Revenue Analytics. In this role she oversees all functions of the vertical and leads the go-to-market strategy and long-term vision for RateOptics, the next-gen pricing system that powers some of the largest media companies in North America.

Since joining the company in 2012, Steph has worked closely with large media companies to drive organic revenue growth and eliminate wasted time using predictive analytics. With experience across Radio, Broadcast TV, and Cable Network sub-industries, she has a proven track record delivering scalable solutions and exceptional results.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Steph consulted for Deloitte in their Technology practice. A faithful Yellow Jacket fan, she earned her Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. Tess McGoldrick is a Senior Vice President at Revenue Analytics. In this role, she leads cross-functional project teams to develop high-impact products that provide organic revenue growth for her clients. Having started her career at Revenue Analytics, Tess developed an expertise in Revenue Management from the best in the business. Tess’ experience includes ensuring client satisfaction is achieved with all product implementations, from business process improvements to forecast predictions to actionable pricing recommendations. In addition, she works closely with Revenue Analytics’ Platform Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to leverage the firm’s latest predictive components and AWS technology to deliver scalable solutions for her clients.

In 2012, Tess joined Revenue Analytics as an Analyst, where she performed extensive data analysis to uncover actionable pricing recommendations for a variety of industries, ranging from cruise to consumer goods. Two years later, she was promoted to Strategy Consultant, where she led key workstreams for a hospitality project that developed a state-of-the-art Revenue Management system and drove client ownership of the solution during global rollout. Two years later, she was promoted to Senior Strategy Consultant, where she served as a Strategy lead on projects, accountable for identifying, assessing, and driving solution design for Revenue Management opportunities. Given her proven track record, Tess was then promoted to Strategy Director where she became a project lead for teams of software engineers, PhD mathematicians, and business strategists to solve complex business problems for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2022, Tess was promoted to Vice President of the Travel & Hospitality vertical where she drove the the vision for N2Pricing, FareVantage, and SeniorPricing, as well as the ongoing customer success for these customers. In 2024, Tess joined the Senior Leadership Team as SVP of the Travel & Hospitality vertical where she owns the owns the success of the vertical end to end – from Go-to-Market to Customer Onboarding to Customer Support and Product Innovation.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Tess graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a BBA concentration in Strategy & Management Consulting and Accounting.

Mark brings with him over 20 years’ experience creating innovative software products, building successful R&D teams, and scaling development groups. A strong advocate for learning systems and frameworks, Mark believes in promoting growth within his team to deliver inspiring products.

As the VP of Customer Strategy & Success for the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical, Sarah works to understand the unique problems her customers face and uses that understanding to lead implementations and support for Price+ and Base+. She also works closely with the Product team to set the vision for our suite of products and ensures they continue to solve our customers’ evolving business challenges.

Since 2014, she’s continued her own development alongside Revenue Analytics’ growth, helping to stand up our first Managed Services team which evolved into the Customer Strategy & Success teams we have today. Previously, she worked in pricing for the publishing industry and led a growing Customer Success & Sales Operations team at a Fintech start-up. She’s a proud graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Mathematics & Economics, and holds a M.S. in Economics from Georgia Tech.

Sarah lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. When she’s not chasing them around, you can find her on her Peloton, listening to Taylor Swift, or cheering on the Baltimore Ravens!

1984

Our Chairman, Robert G. Cross, introduces the concept and practice of “Yield Management” to the world, starting with airlines.

1987

The largest upscale U.S. hotelier adopts yield management. Other hotels quickly follow suit.

1997

Robert publishes the NY Times bestseller, Revenue Management: Hard-Core Tactics for Market Domination.

1998

Network TV starts using Revenue Management software to optimize proposals for the upfront.

2005

Revenue Analytics is founded to provide an alternative to one-size-fits-all software and enormous consultant projects.

2006

We begin building bespoke Pricing & Revenue Management software for clients in manufacturing and hospitality.

2008

We create the world’s first hotel price-optimization tool, driving $400 million in incremental revenue for a leading hotelier.

2010

We introduce the first rate card optimization and demand forecasting tool to the broadcast radio industry.

2015

We transition from building bespoke software to a modern cloud-native platform with customizable components.

2016

We improve demand forecasting for the top rail operator in North America.

2017

We develop unique “pick-best” method to identify the most accurate model among 1000s.

2018

We launch the first real-time group pricing capability for hoteliers.

2019

We evolve from a platform to a SaaS provider, giving many more businesses access to Pricing & Revenue Management tools.

2019

Revenue Analytics closes on $11 million Series A funding. The investment accelerates our innovation and growth.

We introduce 3 groundbreaking new SaaS products: FareVantage™, RateOptics™, and ProposalPRO™.

2020

Our algorithms price 46% of North American hotel rooms nightly. And we price 42% of all broadcast radio ad sales.
