At HSMAI’s Chief Revenue Officer Executive Roundtable on June 21, facilitators Lalia Rach and Bonnie Buckhiester kicked off a series of live polling questions by asking participants — CROs at both brand and hotel management companies — something aspirational: What hotel industry leader do you define as a visionary?
