On the hospitality side, we’ve expanded N2Pricing with the launch of the new Commercial Suite — and I couldn’t be more excited about the value it’s already delivering. The centerpiece is the AI Report Generator, which simplifies a pain point every revenue manager knows too well: manually pulling, comparing, and presenting insights across Pickup, Pace, Month at a Glance, and more. Now, AI does the heavy lifting, generating visual, editable reports with built-in analysis — so managers can focus on strategy, not spreadsheets.
We also introduced the Health Scorecard, which helps leaders understand how N2Pricing is being used across their properties — a new level of transparency that supports adoption, accountability, and ROI. And with Extended Stay Rate Management, hotels can now accurately price multi-night stays with tiered strategies that reflect real customer behavior.
